The hotel offers spacious rooms that are bright but with limited views due to the canopy. The brand-new rooms had issues with noise throughout the night. The service was very helpful and friendly, with some restrictions on cancellations. Located away from downtown Niagara, the hotel is clean and roomy but lacks dining options. The dining experience is varied, with the same options daily. Overall, the facilities are well set up, providing a great facility all-around.

The hotel was spacious and really nice, perfect for families, but our reserved room with two queens turned into a king and a sofa bed situation, which was uncomfortable for some of us.
