The service was very helpful and friendly, with some restrictions on cancellations. Located away from downtown Niagara, the hotel is clean and roomy but lacks dining options. The dining experience is varied, with the same options daily. Overall, the facilities are well set up, providing a great facility all-around.
The hotel was spacious and really nice, perfect for families, but our reserved room with two queens turned into a king and a sofa bed situation, which was uncomfortable for some of us. The staff was very kind overall, although they wouldn't refund us if we canceled. The location was clean and roomy but somewhat isolated, needing more eating options nearby. The dining had good variety but served on plastic dishes, and the seating was inadequate during peak times.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant with clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The location was convenient, although dining options could be expanded. The facilities were well-maintained, offering good value for the price.
